This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information when you visit https://www.bridgepointsolutionspa.com or use related pages, contact forms, checkout pages, newsletters, and online features we operate.

We provide website strategy, design, development, implementation, maintenance, information technology consulting and support, artificial intelligence integrations, automation, and related professional services for small businesses.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we control in connection with our own Site, sales, marketing, and business administration. When we process personal information on behalf of a client while providing professional services, the client’s privacy notice and our agreement with that client govern that processing. See Section 8.

1. Personal Information We Collect

“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual or household. It does not include information that applicable law treats as public, aggregated, or deidentified.

  • Communications: emails, form submissions, support requests, meeting notes, feedback, survey responses, and records of consent or preferences.

  • Marketing preferences: newsletter subscriptions, areas of interest, and opt-in or opt-out choices.

Please do not submit passwords, API keys, payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information through a general contact form or ordinary email. 3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our site is hosted using Wix and may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may be placed by service providers or by us.

We may use the following categories:

  • Essential technologies support security, network management, checkout, load balancing, accessibility, fraud prevention, and other functions necessary for our site to operate.

  • Functional technologies remember settings and provide enhanced features.

  • Analytics technologies help us understand Site traffic, performance, and visitor interactions.

  • Marketing technologies, if enabled in the future, may measure campaigns or support advertising. We will update this Policy and provide any legally required choice before using personal information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.

You can manage nonessential cookies through the cookie banner or privacy settings available on our site. You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect Site functionality. Cookie duration varies by cookie and provider.

For details about specific cookies, providers, purposes, and durations, review the settings presented through our cookie banner. The separate privacy policies of Wix and other providers also describe their independent practices.

4. Payments

Wix Payments processes payments and displays them at checkout. Payment processors collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. We generally receive transaction status, payment method type, limited payment details such as the last four digits where provided, billing contact information, and identifiers needed to administer the transaction. We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card number.

5. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for the purposes described in this Policy:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Wix and providers that support Site delivery, storage, security, domains, communications, and cloud services.

  • Payment and transaction providers that process payments, prevent fraud, issue invoices, or support accounting and tax administration.

  • Business-service providers that provide analytics, email delivery, scheduling, customer-relationship management, project management, support, document management, cybersecurity, backup, professional, and administrative services.

  • Technology and AI providers when their products are used to evaluate an inquiry or provide requested professional services, subject to Section 8 and the applicable Client Agreement.

  • Professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, auditors, and consultants, where reasonably necessary.

  • Government authorities and other parties when we believe disclosure is required by law or legal process, or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, property, users, the public, or the integrity of our services.

  • Transaction participants in connection with due diligence, financing, investment, merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.

  • Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

Service providers are permitted to access information only as needed for their functions and subject to their contracts and applicable law. Some providers may independently determine how they process information for their own purposes; their privacy policies apply to those activities.

6. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising

We do not sell personal information for money. As of the Last Updated date, we do not knowingly use personal information collected through our site for targeted advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Some state privacy laws may define certain disclosures involving analytics, cookies, or advertising technologies as a “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising,” even when no money changes hands. We use analytics to understand and improve our site, and we provide cookie controls for nonessential technologies. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.

7. Email and Newsletter Communications

We may send service-related messages concerning inquiries, transactions, projects, security, or policy changes. If you subscribe to marketing emails, you may unsubscribe at any time through the link in the message or by contacting us at contact@bridgepointsolutionspa.com

We may retain limited suppression-list information to honor an unsubscribe request. Opting out of marketing does not stop nonmarketing communications concerning an active inquiry, transaction, security issue, or Client Agreement.

8. Client Data and AI-Enabled Professional Services

8.1 Processing on Behalf of Clients

In some projects, we may access or process information controlled by a client, such as the client’s customer, lead, employee, website, system, or account data. For that processing, the client generally determines the purpose and means of processing, and we process Client Data under the client’s documented instructions and the applicable Client Agreement or data-processing addendum.

The client is responsible for providing required privacy notices, obtaining required permissions, responding to individual requests, and ensuring that its instructions and use of the professional services comply with law. Individuals whose information is contained in Client Data should direct privacy requests to the relevant client unless we instruct otherwise.

8.2 AI Providers

An AI-integration project may require transmitting prompts, files, technical information, or other client-provided content to a third-party AI provider. The information transmitted depends on the project, the provider, and the configuration selected. Project-specific terms should identify material AI providers and address, where appropriate, retention, training, confidentiality, security, human review, and permitted uses.

Clients and Site visitors should not provide sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, or regulated data for use with an AI provider unless we have expressly agreed in writing on the provider, configuration, security measures, and permitted processing.

We do not represent that every AI provider follows the same retention, training, or privacy practices. The applicable provider terms and the commitments expressly included in a Client Agreement control. Current AI providers used to operate this Site, if any: None; AI providers are selected per client project and disclosed in the applicable Client Agreement

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, honor choices, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, security, and insurance requirements.

Retention depends on the type of information, the nature and duration of the relationship, sensitivity, operational need, contractual commitments, legal requirements, and risk. We may retain:

  • inquiry and project records for the period reasonably needed to respond and manage the relationship;

  • transaction, invoice, tax, and accounting records for periods required by law and legitimate business needs;

  • Client Data for the period stated in the applicable Client Agreement;

  • consent and suppression records as needed to demonstrate and honor communication preferences; and

  • security logs for a period reasonably necessary to investigate incidents and protect systems.

When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, or securely isolate it, subject to backup cycles and legal holds.

10. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its nature and the risks involved. However, no internet transmission, email, platform, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using appropriate security practices on your devices and accounts, and for using secure channels we designate for credentials and sensitive information. If you believe information you provided to us has been compromised, contact contact@bridgepointsolutionspa.com promptly.

11. U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable law covers the Company or the particular information, you may have the right to:

  • confirm whether we process your personal information and access that information;

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion of personal information;

  • obtain a portable copy of certain personal information;

  • opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling;

  • limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;

  • appeal a denial of a request; and

  • receive equal service and pricing without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.

To submit a request, email contact@bridgepointsolutionspa.com with the subject line “Privacy Request”. Identify the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to locate relevant records.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before fulfilling a request. Verification may require matching information you provide with our records. We will use verification information only for verification and fraud prevention. If we cannot verify a request, or an exception applies, we may deny or limit it and explain the decision as required by law.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may require proof of authorization and may contact the individual directly to verify identity and authority. To appeal a denial where a right to appeal applies, reply to our decision or email contact@bridgepointsolutionspa.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
